P90X

Tony Horton will inspire you to try your best and forget the rest!

I have a workout buddy that comes to my house on average 5 days a week to workout and we’ve been through P90X twice now. Having someone to workout with does hold you accountable and also pushes you to try harder. This program is for all ages and all stages of fitness. There are modified versions for every workout.

P90X will help you build muscle which will in turn help you burn more calories throughout the day!

P90X 5-6 days a week along with a few Turbofire workouts a week is helping me to become the fittest version of myself.

Something to think about…..most of the P90X DVDs are an hour long. Tony just released P90X 3 which has 30 minute workouts. I haven’t yet tried this program but if time is an issue you might want to check into it here.
